Organic baker Barb Harrington teaches the art of making pita pockets, calzones, and focaccia...breads that yearn for spring greens, summer salads, soups, cheese and school lunches. Raising the Salad Bar

Come celebrate the release of Raising the Salad Bar, by long-time instructor, Cathy Walthers. Using recipes from the book, we’ll make beautiful, nutritious  salads to get ready for the spring and summer season. Preserving the Harvest
